For live scoring all that is required is a computer with an internet
connection. Simply visit the scoring web page to create a match and add
scores as they happen.
Scoreboard options
There are 2 different scoreboard styles to choose from depending on whether
you want to simply watch the match score progress or broadcast them at the
event using a larger monitor.
The scoreboard to the left opens in a small pop window and can display a
photo of each player. The scoreboard to the right is designed for fullscreen
monitor display and will automatically scale to fit almost any screen size
from tiny handheld mobile phones through to giant plasma and LCD monitors.
Match programme
When a scoreboard first opens, it will display a list of matches and
their start dates/times.
Then you can select which match to view/resume
and swap between matches.
Scoreboards for live video streams
When a live video stream is displayed from our web pages it also includes the
current scores displayed in a scoreboard panel underneath and not within the
video area (to simplify the task of the broadcaster at the event). However the
scoreboard is later edited into the video for view from our archives and from
DVD.
Live scoring for a local audience
The BallStream Scoreboard Control
will provide a scoreboard from any monitor connected directly to the computer
(no internet required). BSC caters for all cue sport games including
billiards, snooker, 8-ball, 9-ball, and 10-ball pool with many features for
performance statistics, tournament and draw management.
Drawsheet maker for all tournaments and all sports
The BallStream Drawsheet Control can be
used to create seeded draws for all tournaments and all sports. BDC includes
tools and templates for 8, 16, 32, 64 and 128 player draws. Players can be
selected, sorted in order of seed or rank and the draw maker will
automatically sort the drawsheet to allow for byes, etc.
